The Irene-Wakonda School District has an opening for an Elementary Special Education Teacher for the 2024 – 2025 school year. The Irene-Wakonda Elementary is located in Wakonda, SD. The current enrollment for grades K – 6 is 144 students. The school prides itself with a great school climate. The school follows a 4-day school week Monday – Thursday with 20 Eagle Fridays (student help days) from 8:00 – 12:00. Please include a cover letter, 2 letters of reference, and a teacher certificate with the application.
