Attached you will find the Return to Play Form from the South Dakota High School Activities Association. This form must be completed by an approved health care official(MD/DO/PAC/ARNP) before a student who has tested positive for COVID-19 can resume participating in any SDHSAA sanctioned sport or activity. Students who are a verified close contact, by the school or the Department of Health, are subject to the District's guidelines for returning to play.
